Adam has supported real estate M&A’s at JP Morgan Chase within their Investment Banking Team including advisory for the disposition of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Adam has also served as a Director of Acquisitions for multiple alternative accommodation and PropCo firms. Adam is engaged across all aspects of deal underwriting and valuation, maintains market research, economic forecasts, and historical transaction trends across multiple asset classes.
Adam holds a BS in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
