Eric brings a diverse hospitality background spanning over 18 years, specializing in both operations and hotel transitions. As VP of Asset Management, his role is imperative in hotel investment strategies, oversight, development of partner relations and acquisitions. Offering extensive experience from 4 different brands under Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and IHG Hotels and Resorts. Eric’s background in both operations and sales consist of a proven track record in driving award winning results. Eric has been recognized with several prestigious awards including Hotel of the Year, GM of the Year and Market Share of the Year by exceeding owner and management company expectation in various disciplines.
Eric holds a BS in Hospitality Management from Purdue University.
