Eric brings over 30 years of expertise in real estate investment and finance, with a proven track record in originating, acquiring, and managing multifamily properties nationwide. Prior to founding Millbrook Capital, Eric served as Managing Director at Centerline Capital Group and its predecessors (Related Companies), where he led a team responsible for the acquisition and financing of nearly 250 apartment properties, with a total capitalization exceeding $3 billion. His work generated significant value through the use of low-income housing and historic tax credits.
Eric holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA from Colby College. His deep industry knowledge, combined with his strategic vision, positions him as a leader in the multifamily investment space.
