Zak has overseen 15,000+ apartment units as the VP of Multifamily and specializes in asset management to maximize value and sustain a great team culture. Zak works alongside owners and partners on investment strategies to drive value through local market expertise, asset analysis, deploying effective marketing strategies, and the redeployment of capital. Zak executes successful takeovers of communities, aggressive lease-up tactics, strong marketing and technology capabilities. This also includes rehab/renovation oversight and project management for a variety of asset objectives from repositioning properties & asset preservation to value-add goals.
Zak holds a BBA in Business Management from the University of Texas at Austin as well as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
