LXMI Capital believes that home ownership should be available to all income levels.  With our first projects delivering quality three bedroom-homes for the workforce community in transitioning neighborhoods in the Houston metroplex, we have relied on our vertical integration in construction and landscaping to reduce project costs so we can deliver a more affordable home. 

We also view for-rent single family home communities as a burgeoning sub-asset class that falls well within the core competencies and track record of the firm.

Clear Skies RV Parks and Spartan Containers are LXMI Capital ventures focused on RV and Mobile home park ownership and development.  These branded ventures started in New Mexico and are now expanding in Texas, the Southeast, Pacific and Mountain regions of the country.

special situations

We are often presented with opportunities that do not immediately link to our primary investment strategy.  Typically, these situations revolve around distressed assets, covered land plays, public-private partnerships, and re-entitlement/re-zoning.  We review them on a case-by-case basis; and at times, will pursue if we feel the effort is accretive to our platform, our stakeholders, the broader community and our investors.
