Tony Gupta, Principal, CEO
Tony Gupta is the Founder and Managing Partner of LXMI Capital, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in private equity, real estate, and infrastructure development. Prior to establishing LXMI Capital, Tony served as a General Partner at an Ultra High Net Worth Family Office, where he successfully built and managed a private equity platform specializing in value-add multifamily, hospitality, and student housing investments. Under his leadership, the firm established a robust portfolio across the Sun Belt region, consistently delivering above-market returns.
Before his venture into private equity, Tony played a pivotal role in the growth of Counsyl, a biotechnology company later acquired by Myriad Genetics (NASDAQ: MYGN). As Managing Director, he oversaw the real estate and corporate operations, including the development of cutting-edge, high throughput automated genetic sequencing laboratories.
Earlier in his career, Tony contributed to the execution of complex infrastructure projects exceeding $2.5 billion with Clark Construction and Swinerton Management & Consulting. He also played a key role in the acquisition of over $1.2 billion in commercial real estate.
Tony holds both a BA in Economics and a MS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Stanford University. His diverse background in finance, real estate, and engineering positions him as a visionary leader at the helm of LXMI Capital.

Greg Simon, Partner
Greg joined LXMI Capital in 2019 as a Managing Director, bringing extensive experience in investment and acquisitions across the real estate sector. Prior to his role at LXMI Capital, Greg served as Senior Vice President of Investment & Acquisitions for the Presidium Group, where he successfully built a multifamily development pipeline valued at $1.3 billion.
Before his tenure at Presidium Group, Greg led transactions and capital investments as Managing Director for Flywheel Capital. He also held a Managing Director position in Latin America for a U.S.-based Family Office, where he was responsible for directing the investment of over $200 million in pension fund capital.
Greg began his real estate career as an Investment Associate with Shea Properties, one of Southern California’s leading privately-held commercial development companies. He further honed his expertise as an Assistant Vice President at Buchanan Street Partners, where he worked in the firm's institutional joint-venture equity and pension fund advisory business in San Francisco.
Greg holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley (Cal) and an MS in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California (USC). His deep understanding of real estate development and investment, coupled with his strategic leadership, makes him a valuable asset to LXMI Capital.

Nick Punyamurthy, Advisor
Nick is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience, having successfully founded and led multiple companies across high-tech and real estate sectors. As a serial entrepreneur, Nick has a remarkable track record of innovation and growth, particularly within the realms of commercial real estate (CRE) and IT services.
In the CRE sector, Nick has served as a General Partner on a variety of commercial and residential assets. His portfolio includes the development of flagged hospitality properties, office buildings, and food & beverage ventures. His expertise in real estate development has consistently led to successful and profitable projects.
Nick’s accomplishments extend to the IT services industry, where he has founded and exited several multinational companies. Under his leadership, these companies have been recognized as top providers of services, earning a strong reputation for excellence and innovation in the market.
Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Nick is a dedicated board member for several for-profit and non-profit organizations. His commitment to giving back is evident in his service as a National Board Member for charitable organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Ekam USA, and Pratham USA, where he actively contributes to causes that improve communities and support those in need.
Nick holds an MBA from the University of North Texas and a Master's in Engineering from VJTI, University of Bombay, India. His diverse background, combined with his strategic vision and leadership, makes him a highly valued advisor.

Richard Harvey, CFO
Richard is the Chief Financial Officer where he oversees the planning and direction of all accounting functions, financial reporting, and control systems. With a strong focus on accuracy and compliance, Richard manages both internal and external financial statements while guiding and mentoring departmental staff.
Richard brings extensive experience to his role, particularly in supporting real estate development and partnership investing. Over his career, he has served as CFO and Controller for renowned firms such as Trammell Crow, Deloitte Real Estate Company, Ten X Technology, and Arthur Andersen & Co. His expertise in financial management and strategic planning has been instrumental in driving success and growth across these organizations.
Richard holds a BBA in Accounting & Quantitative Analysis and an MS in Professional Accountancy from Baylor University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), bringing a high level of professionalism and technical knowledge to his role. Richard’s comprehensive experience and leadership make him a vital asset to LXMI Capital.

Sri Yanamandra, CTO
Sri is a seasoned technologist with over 20 years of experience in engineering and technology leadership. As the Chief Technology Officer, Sri leverages his deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making to drive innovation and strategic growth.
Sri has led industry verticals at Adobe and Salesforce, where he was responsible for the strategy and implementation of AI/ML-driven marketing platforms. His work at these tech giants set new standards for how businesses leverage AI to enhance customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
His leadership and technical acumen were also evident during his tenure at Wyndham Worldwide, where he served as Chief Architect and Head of Engineering, overseeing the development of travel and hospitality systems.
Sri holds an MS in Data Science and Machine Learning from the University of California at Berkeley (Cal), an MS in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), and a BS in Architecture from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU). His unique combination of technical expertise and strategic vision makes him an invaluable asset to LXMI Capital.

Ari Leisner, SVP Investments
Ari Leisner is the Director of Investments where he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and structuring new investment opportunities and equity placements across North America. With over 20 years of experience in real estate acquisition, Ari has a keen eye for identifying high-potential investments within the multifamily and commercial sectors.
Ari began his career in real estate brokerage before joining IMG, where he spearheaded the company's acquisitions and investor relations efforts. His expertise in the field has also led him to consult for various ultra-high net worth groups and family offices, with a focus on acquisitions in the Western United States. Over the course of his career, Ari has successfully acquired over $1 billion in real estate assets, ranging from core investments to value-add opportunities.
Ari holds a BA in Economics from San Diego State University. His extensive experience and strategic approach to investment make him a key asset to LXMI Capital's continued success in the real estate market.

Adam Sefchovich, VP Investments
As the Director of Acquisitions at LXMI Capital, Adam plays a pivotal role in deal underwriting, valuation, and market analysis. With a deep understanding of real estate mergers and acquisitions, he brings a wealth of experience and insight into navigating the complexities of the investment landscape.
Adam’s career in real estate began at JP Morgan Chase on their Investment Banking Team, where he supported major transactions, including advisory services for the sale of the iconic Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Over the years, he has sharpened his expertise in strategic advisory and transaction management through his roles as Director of Acquisitions for several alternative accommodation and PropCo firms.
In his current capacity, Adam is involved in all aspects of deal underwriting, including rigorous market research, economic forecasting, and analysis of historical transaction trends across various asset classes. His analytical approach and deep knowledge of market dynamics make him an invaluable contributor to LXMI Capital’s acquisition strategy.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, where he built a solid foundation in business and finance that informs his strategic decision-making today.

Zakary Takacs, SVP Asset Management
As Vice President of Multifamily, Zak has overseen the management of over 15,000 apartment units, specializing in asset management with a focus on maximizing value and fostering a strong team culture. His expertise spans collaborating with owners and partners on investment strategies, leveraging local market insights, conducting detailed asset analysis, and deploying targeted marketing strategies to enhance property performance and value.
Zak has successfully led community takeovers, implemented aggressive lease-up strategies, and utilized advanced marketing and technology solutions to optimize asset performance. His oversight extends to rehabilitation and renovation projects, with a keen focus on repositioning properties, preserving assets, and achieving value-add objectives.
Zak holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), further strengthening his ability to deliver exceptional results in the multifamily space.

Eric Chen, VP Asset Management
With over 18 years of diverse hospitality experience, Eric specializes in hotel operations and transitions, bringing a wealth of expertise to his role as Vice President of Asset Management. His responsibilities include shaping hotel investment strategies, overseeing operations, developing key partner relationships, and driving acquisitions.
Eric’s extensive background spans four major hospitality brands—Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG Hotels & Resorts—where he has consistently delivered award-winning results. Throughout his career, he has been recognized with several prestigious accolades, including Hotel of the Year, General Manager of the Year, and Market Share of the Year, for exceeding owner and management company expectations across multiple disciplines.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Purdue University, providing him with a strong foundation in the industry that informs his strategic decision-making today.

REBECCA NELSON, VP ASSET MANAGER
Rebecca brings over 23 years of accounting experience, including more than 13 years in real estate private equity, with a deep expertise in managing and reviewing capital improvement programs. Her extensive knowledge spans various aspects of real estate investment management, with a particular focus on asset management, accounting, and loan servicing.
Throughout her career, Rebecca has successfully navigated the complexities of real estate finance, ensuring seamless operations and strategic execution across multiple investment platforms. Her in-depth understanding of both financial and operational aspects of asset management has been instrumental in driving value for her stakeholders.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Drexel University, as well as a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies.

Ana’s expertise in managing large-scale developments has positioned her as a leader in the industry, delivering exceptional results across diverse portfolios.
